Sales person from Bvivid - an NBN provider. Won’t send info by email until an ‘order’ has been placed. I refused to place an order until I had seen the info in writing & I had spoken to my husband.

Apparently an NBN provider. The guy told me he would help to migrate onto an NBN plan. We don't have NBN here yet. Looks like they're using white pages info as they had my name number and address. I advised I never agree to anything originating from a cold call and he hung up.

Scam callers "Microsoft/Telstra/NBN/BT/Visa/ATO (Insert name here) Technical Support” for virus and internet problems from overseas using a spoofed local number, we automatically divert them to our "Its Lenny" unwanted caller answering machine and let them try to scam him.

Caller says he is from NBN. Wants to speak to the business owner, and asked for his mobile number. Sounded rather rude when I refuse to give him the mobile phone number. I had to hung up on him.

Sick of these calls. Got one 5 minutes ago from a different number (mobile). I just had a brainwave..... next time they call, going to tell them to call the person who makes the decisions (boss), and give them the mobile number of the other guy who just called... should be interesting... LOL

Caller: Alim?

Some Indian accented guy called Alim called at first he said he was from NBN-CO and wanted to set up my connection. As I knew NBN would be available in my are next month, I thought it could be legit. When started telling me the plan I would be getting, 12.5Mbs, I said no I am currently on Optus Cable Speed max plan which was 100Mbs he said that optus were disconnecting their service but I could upgrade to a 25Mbs service. I got suspicious and asked him which ISP he was with and he said VIDE and would email me the details, I got fed up and gave him a false email address and hung up.

Rude bloke telling me he represents Optus & Telstra and all other companies. He could tell me which provider I was with. The guy kept interupting me when I tried to ask questions about his business. Call ended quite swiftly with me telling him what I think of false calls and these a**holes that try and get people

Caller: Probably from this "BVIVID" as I couldn't understand him

They called on my home phone so I guess as previously mentioned by another person on 14th Dec 2018:
"Apparently an NBN provider. The guy told me he would help to migrate onto an NBN plan. We don't have NBN here yet. Looks like they're using white pages info as they had my name number and address."
He indicated that NBN is coming to my area soon. (yes Optus already advised me of this a couple of months ago)
Once I started to question him about his call, the call conveniently started to break up so I hung up. Needless to say they didn't ring back. Hopefully they don't do anything to my current service/accounts.

Very rude person, insisting that the NBN has notified them that my area is ready and I must sign up immediately. I said I hadn't heard from NBN yet so he said go ask your neighbours, they have all joined up. No they haven't 'cos NBN are still laying cables in the area. With that information he hung up!

Bvivid begged me to give them a go, so after numerous calls from them, i gave in and agreed to try them. After a week they called me and informed me they had ported the phone number, but due to a technical problem I would have to pay a one off $99.00 fee for the internet. After refusing to pay this fee they kept contacting me saying that they could not connect the internet unless I paid. After refusing once again, they cut my business phone number off. Lost so much business in the four days it took to get re connected as well as the hassle with the internet. Would not touch them with a ten foot barge pole. They are still trying to contact me a month later. Blocked their number.

Alim called from Bvivd and got cranky when he asked for my name and I said if you have all the info you should have that as well. Aparently I was wasting his time so he told me he would get back to me in a day or two and hung up.

'Phoned this number back on a different device. Indian person said he was from some (indecipherable) NBN providers & asked if I have an account. I am on the do not call register so I have lodged a complaint through them.

if the call was important a message would have been left, so I treated it as a scam!

Came up as a spammer alert on my phone software, so I refused the call. They didn't bother to leave a message, so it's obviously not important. ;-)
