Waited for me to say "hello" twice and after 10 seconds hung up without saying anything.

iPhone shows this caller being in Melbourne, VIC

Called at 6pm, left a voicemail which have background call centre noise.

I'm unsure on what else there is but I had noticed my phone has been playing up lately I was talking to telstra about it but no one in Melbourne idk who or what is behind this call but I will find out

Hung up within 5 seconds of answering

Took the call they said they offering a new mobile phone. End of call.

Called and said nothing and then hung up?

They called me and opened with the phrase, 'hello I'm calling from TM - Mobile smart phone company, it's a brand new smartphone company'
The caller had somewhat broken English, and the interaction seemed like a scam.

Claims to be from ‘“TM Mobile Company”

Tried to offer me a new phone, no introduction of who they were calling on behalf of or their name either. Scam feels.

They were pretending to be a mobile company and saying I had won a smart phone.

very pushy "no sir please you should buy a mobile phone"
