Called and said nothing and then hung up?

They called me and opened with the phrase, 'hello I'm calling from TM - Mobile smart phone company, it's a brand new smartphone company'
The caller had somewhat broken English, and the interaction seemed like a scam.

Claims to be from ‘“TM Mobile Company”

Tried to offer me a new phone, no introduction of who they were calling on behalf of or their name either. Scam feels.

They were pretending to be a mobile company and saying I had won a smart phone.
