I have been getting harassed for over two years. They took money without consent. They laugh down the phone when I get distressed. Examples of calls include Name I can see you have asked us not to call you but….
This is an absolute violation of privacy and choice. For a person to ask multiple times over years to stop the calls and have it noted on file that I want absolutely nothing to do with this company.
They called yesterday stated my full name and laughed down the phone when I said. Why are you calling me. I hope these people have learning at some point to their absolute disgusting behaviour.

I have been getting these calls for weeks now, sometimes several in one day. I block the number and then he calls from another 03 numbers. Its so annoying and i want it to stop.

I receive a call from this person who introduces himself as James from the wine group. I have asked multiple times to stop calling as I am not interested; I don’t even drink wine, yet James continues to call sometimes using different numbers, he tries to be sneaky but I recognise his voice, he then tries to say that this is the first time he has called me, yet this is totally bs, in fact James has called me on numerous occasions.

Calls from the Wine Group are the most insistent spam calls i have ever received. After politely asking to be removed from their call numbers multiple times, i have taken to either whistling as loud as i can or screaming down the phone line. It did seem to help for a few weeks, but the calls started again this week - up to 4 or 5 times in a day.

How is it possible for someone to obtain more than 20 different numbers and harass hundreds of people constantly and not be tracked down and stopped. Makes me wonder what organisation is really behind all of this. Shouldn't be happening these days

Over 30 calls from different numbers. I block them all and they keep calling. Told him I'm going to call the Ombudsman. He apologized then tried to tell me about their deals. If I called someone who didn't want my calls several times a day I would be charged with harrassment. I don't even drink. How did they get my number?

Third call now and I insisted they stop. I was almost yelling this time but the penny dropped when I said "I don't know if you are a person or a machine". The response was repeatedly "Not a problem" "Not a problem". When I said "so which one is it - man or machine" they hung up.

Its totally a robot and i refuse to support them any longer.

If they call again I am going to ask that straight away and then I will be certain.

Spoke to robo james and said take me off list, stop calling etc and he kept banging on about a great shiraz. What a d*ck of a recording.

I have been contacted by the robocaller from 12 different numbers in the past 4 weeks and it is really annoying. Blocking each number does not help. They are such a pain.

Over the last few weeks, I have been getting a couple of calls a day from numbers I don't know. When I look the number up it is listed as a call from a wine club. I have blocked the number then the next call is from the wine club but another number.

Let's all get in touch with our state Consumer Affairs group and explain to them what you have explained here. Hopefully, they will do something about it.

Seriously I’ve blocked over 50 numbers from this tool! Everyday different number. Voice pre-recorded, If I jibber back he eventually says sorry can’t hear you and says thanks for your time. Doing my head in

These calls have been phoning everyday for 2-3 months, it’s precorded. I’ve blocked over 50 phone numbers. I either don’t answer or speak in another language, he then says sorry I can’t hear you and thanks me for my time! When is this tool going to go away??? Aghhh
