James is a robot for sure…I just confuse the robot my constantly saying hi, hi, hi, hi. Today the robot (aka James) told me he won’t be treated this way and will be ending the call….Thank god for that! Time will tell if the robot strikes again.

I have received many calls, so frustrating

number of calls in a week, i have blocked so many different numbers but again receivea call from the new number....how to stop them?

It is nigh on impossible to contact this company by phone, to complain. Their listed number does not work. At least if you use their chat, to talk to a wine expert, you can use it to let them know, in the strongest terms possible, what you think about being cold called (harassed) by phone, three times a day, by a unscrupulous unethical drug pusher (wine is an addictive drug responsible for a great deal of misery for the millions and millions adversely effected by the huge problems associated with alcoholism in the world). They are pushers. James winegroup don’t take ‘no’ for an answer.

Constant calls, some times 3 daily. I don’t even drink. It sounds like a real person but may be a robot; always the same voice and always exactly the same intonation . I have asked him/it to stop disturbing me with these calls. It persists. It is now months. It is harassment. I am going to contact Telstra and complain as isn’t it illegal to misuse a communications carriageway? Our phone’s are very expensive. We should be protected from this awful unscrupulous company and it’s unethical behaviour. I hope they go bust.

James consistently rings my work which happens to be in mental health and is also on the do not call register.

I tell him every time that it is incredibly inappropriate that he calls our clinic.

Today he called and I told him that he has hundreds of complaints on the internet about him and then hung up on him.

This kind of calling really needs to stop.

Several times a week now from a host of different numbers including a mobile. Always sounds the same - presume it is a recording.
Extremely irritating as I have to have the phone on and answer calls as am often on call for medical reasons.

Won’t take no for an answer. Told him I’m a recovering alcoholic to which he tried to sell them to me to use as a gift…… have blocked at least 15-20 numbers he has call me from and still won’t stop.

Seriously getting sick of all these calls.

Has anybody found an effective way of stopping this monster yet? If he changes numbers daily, how do we report him and stop him? Please help.

Harassed for months now by The Wine Group, calling form different numbers. Started not answering unknown numbers now, then blocking the number once I have listened to the phone message left. Will never ever purchase anything from this business and their associated businesses. They should be charged with harassment

I answer calls for multiple businesses and get heaps of calls from this number, always from James with the same canned responses, I am 100% sure its an AI robot telemarketing call as the voice/tone changes unnaturally between responses, not actually a real person. Have fun with it, see what sort of responses you get to ridiculous questions, or just hang up.
