Just a suggestion: everyone owed money at an arranged time that suits everybody turns up to one of his jobs .

2 new guys that Danny has ripped are starting proceedings also this week.

Danny uses the system to drag things out make you spend money with solicitors hoping you will drop off before he does .

If your owed money,, sue him personally and all his company's together and do not do any deals with him .

If your in your right you will succeed in the end.


Stay away from Danny the builder and tell everyone in Australia the same.

Yes, I can attest as a client I paid. And had tradies knocking on my door and calling from week 6 asking if I'd paid invoices. They had not been paid and I had paid. Where is the money? The lawyers is my guess - check out his cases at the Magistrates Court. 5 now to date. Get in there and lodge your case if you are owed money. Don't hesitate and be on the top of the list of creditors.

A year on and Danny still owes me money, hopefully this shonky builder gets held responsible for all the people he has ripped off!!!

I have witnessed and been a victim of Natcon Developments and Danny Daher and the appalling work ethics he conducts the business under. The registered address is Balnarring as per this site. He has had numerous cases bought against him in VCAT. AVOID him. I urge any one that has evidence of his contract breaches or simply inappropriate behaviour (eg: repeatedly not paying tradesmen) to report this to the Victorian Building Authority (VBA).
