I understand that you don't require certain trade qualifications in Victoria, carpentry being one of them, however, don't lie about having them when you don't.

Wayne's lifestyle dramatically improved soon after working for Danny, so unless he's won tatts along the way, I'd strongly suspect that Wayne was very much involved with Danny's fraudulent behaviour. Just because Danny continues to be a con man after he and Wayne have parted ways means nothing at all. It doesn't lessen Wayne's guilt or the part he played in this web of deceit. Wayne is most likely doing exactly the same thing, just somewhere else. Wayne has stolen all he needs, just enough to purchase a house in Brighton and live a luxury lifestyle. Regardless of when people were made victims of Wayne and/or Danny, the fact still remains that Wayne and Danny are living comfortably on the money that should be in the pockets of trades/clients.

You should also invest in a tape measure, a straight edge, some framing squares and a sprit level. Fast forward to the present day and because Natcon Developments is in administration the VMIA is settling claims against you. Talk about defects, in one case the costs to rectify the defects are more than the completed contract price. In another, the cost of defects is equal to the stage payments made up to the point you were terminated. What would be good to know is the number of contracts where you have entered into a deed of settlement, I know of at least 2 where it was easier for the clients to pay you to go away than continue with the build.

As far as your trusted associate, point the blame elsewhere, create doubt and the burden of proof moves with it, obviously one of those law firms you had working for you told you that little gem. In hindsight you should have paid them, and then they would have told you that you have to also prove the accusation. Only you and the trusted associate are privy to the details of that arrangement, but as you have stated you are the principal so ultimately the buck stops with you.

We know you have been caught with your pants down by your NatconTen PTY LTD clients and as expected you are trying to shift the focus away from your own duplicity and culpability.

No matter the outcome, homeowners have lost out and had their lives in turmoil for the last 3 to 4 years.
Contractors have had to foot the bill for his inadequacies and incapabilities.

Insurance may pay for the homeowners rectifications, but not the contractors, who combined, paid a couple of million dollars for materials and equipment installed in these homes, so that Danny Daher and Wayne Martin can live the lifestyles they do.

Both of them are in it together and know how the system works.
Employ contractors to supply and install good and services.
They have no obligation to pay the contractors, but they can charge the homeowner for work done by contractors.. Legally, without ramifications.

I couldn't agree more! Wayne is a pathological liar and it's about time people see him for what he really is. Wayne is as guilty as Danny and should be treated accordingly. I'm sure Wayne & co believe that they have gotten away with their fraudulent behaviour, however, the time will come when they're brought to their knees. I'm pretty certain that Wayne wouldn't have any assets in his name, rather his wife's. They think they're so above the law, however, when Wayne finally comes undone, so does his co. What a coincidence...didn't Danny do exactly the same with his wife??? If you read this Wayne, it doesn't make you immune by putting your assets in another name!

As for Wayne, we would all be glad if he indeed did steal the money from Danny Daher and Yourself when you claim. In fact I would be overjoyed if he had taken all of your money.

Natcon Developments and Danny Daher had already traded whilst insolvent for many years. Long, long, long before your purported claim of Wayne's misappropriation of funds.

There were many trades chasing you for cash, even cases at the Supreme Court to recover money, again long, long, long before your claims that Wayne 'stole' the money. Who was at court? Who was the case against? Danny Daher.

The structurally defective, incompetent, poor quality defective builds that Danny did, also preceded Wayne. As did a large number of VCAT cases that Danny lost, as we the clients have started fixing our houses, we've become aware of the sheer incompetence of Danny Daher.

I have come to the conclusion that the defects were deliberately done by Danny Daher as he knew that if he performed badly enough, that the clients would have to get rid of him and he could pocket their money.

He did and does the bare minimum to meet the stage payments and hides defective or works not done behind plaster walls or underneath concrete. His sole aim is to take people's money and move it immediately into the Tatura Investment Trust where you believe it is safe from clients and trades.

There isn't a builder on this earth that could be that incompetent and have that little information about the structure of a build. My carpenter commented about the quality of Danny Dahers’ own work as; "This is the worst carpentry I've seen ever, in all my years, there is no way he couldn't have known what he was doing here, he's done this deliberately to spite you. He has spent time and effort and done this to ensure your house will fall down in the future".

The only constant to all of this over these last 10 years has been Danny Daher. Speaking to his published references proves he is a liar as they were never given or re-written. The only job / clients that were happy with 'Daher's' work, were the clients who's house was actually built by Wayne, not Danny.

Basically get a good builder to build a house, spare no expense, then use it as a reference for other clients so you can screw those for every dollar, all the while hiding the proceeds in Trust so that you can retire comfortably.

Danny has already set up another company, Bilby Constructions (ABN 12169729757) getting ready to fleece another large group of innocent people.

Wonder what his flimsy excuse will be? Maybe Peta the dragon stole all of his money. Maybe his new $100k swimming pool build went bad. Maybe he spent too much on investment properties (given that house prices have increased so much recently), or maybe he just thought he's entitled to steal everybody's money.

Seeing that Danny Daher Dodgy Builder's actions are exactly the same as the con that was Natcon Developments, I think we can finally rule Wayne out of any suspicion of wrongdoing, given that Wayne and Danny separated ways when Danny Daher stole the $300k off him 2 years ago.
