I appreciate the fact that you want to be helpful to past customers - but do you really have to ring daily, or sometimes more than once a day and leave no message. Helpful customer service would ring once, leave a message and maybe one ore two follow up calls. Smart customer service would realise that the customer isn't interested and leave it at that - or maybe wait 6 months before trying again.

Cellarmasters appear to be using some outsourced arrangement to do these calls, as I get calls from 'Cellarmasters' from more than one set of phone numbers. ie. 9333xxx and 9506xxx.

Leave me alone Cellarmasters. This type of aggravation causes me to go elsewhere, regardless of price.cellar

I now have three different numbers for Cellar Masters - (02) 9333 8969; (02) 9506 1901; and (02) 9506 2083. Like Tom, I but my wine when I want to and don't want to be hassled by salespersons into buying their product - I will contact them when I want anything and was happy to receive emails advising of bargains. Because of the constant and unwanted hassling by Cellar Masters, I never intend to buy their products again and have placed myself on the Do Not Call register - www.donotcall.gov.au.

They drive you mad, the worst decision ever made was deciding to buy some wine off them , they are worse than a dog with a bone, once they have your details they never give up, even when you ring and ask them not to call, they just continue often daily. What ever you do DO NOT buy any wine from cellarmasters unless you want daily phone calls from them tiring to sell you more wine

I don't know why they call so often. I buy wine when I feel like it, not when pressured by a sales person when I'm busy.

Create a contact for this number, name it 'spam' or similar, and assign a silent ringtone.

Same issue as others, I already buy their wine and have asked not to receive calls. Getting daily calls at the moment and there is always a pause at the beginning allowing time to hang up.
