If you have an iPhone, you can block the number. Go to "recents", click the little i on the right side and scroll down to the bottom, it says there "Block this Caller". Done. I did the same.

You'd have an account with Cellar masters; I'd recommend calling them on 1800 500 260 ASAP and cancelling your account. Interesting is that they even have on their web site "No way! We hate junk mail, spam and telemarketers making uninvited calls just like everyone else. So we just don’t do it."

Yes, can block but they call from different numbers. Need to block all as they come in.

Cellarmasters selling wine, and they will not GIVE UP. They call, it automatically disconnects and then when you call back the line says "thanks for calling back" and you're placed on hold to talk to a "wine specialist." I've spoken to staff there multiple times telling them to NO LONGER call our number and they always say they're not sure why I am getting calls, despite us being on a list with a number that says 'THANKS FOR CALLING BACK"

ABSOLUTE JOKE, I WILL KEEP CALLING BACK AND TELLING THEM OFF.

I have an account, when I want wine I will contact them. I can't understand why these companies just don't leave a message. Problem is if you don't answer it shows as unable to contact and your number keeps generating on the list.

I have had this happen too. I called and spoke to someone from their customer service team. It isn't actually a person hanging up on you. It's an automated dialer, which puts you back into line when there is no response. If you call their 1800 number, you can ask to be taken off the calls list. Apparently you can even asked to be called once a year. Even though I found these calls very annoying and rude, the lady who explained this to me and changing my contact options was very helpful. Hope this helps any of you!

Cellarmasters are a pain in the arse. Ring every afternoon. So I answer it and say nothing. When I want wine I will ring them. Not the other way.

I received a call from this number also, after reading the previous comments and recalling attempting to return calls to this number in the past I believe this is Cellarmasters. They called and did not say anything for nearly 15 seconds before hanging up, this is incredibly creepy! If you call back I believe you will probably go to an prerecorded telemarketing service. Apparently to stop them from calling you need to deactivate your account with them and not purchase their product.

They call me 2-3 times a day even though I haven't been answering. I'm overseas on holiday and have to turn my phone off at night because of these people! It's practically stalking. Go away Cellarmasters!

Cellarmasters Wine. After calling me once a day, while I was at work, for about a month I finally could answer. I asked to be removed from the call list and said it was inappropriate to call someone that much. Guess who is calling me again! well at least it stopped for a month.
