This number comes from Cellarmasters.
I have just logged into my account online and noticed I can change my contact preferences there to "no" for phone calls.

Hope that helps you all!

I have gotten tired of being polite. I keep saying I don't want any more wine, and if i want it, I will buy it myself online. Piss off!

cellarmasters again! I have 4 different numbers for them and even though I say no more wine and no more calls they persist! Middle of my working day and they keep calling! Enough.

I have a phone which (as almost all do these days) allows me to store numbers. I answer each call and if it's one of these telemarketers I respond politely with a 'no thank you'. I answer these calls deliberately and that way my phone records their telephone number. After hanging up, I simply add their number to my contacts list and then apply a block; a very nice built into the phone feature, so under uterlised. They still call, but after the first ring or two (yes, wait a few seconds) the call block kicks in and I know it was one of THOSE phone calls. Never have a problem with telemarketers now. You can also apply a specific ring tone to these pest calls, so that when that particular ring tone sounds, you know it's a telemarketer.

Haha that's great Greg, just did the same thing! Although, as I have NEVER ordered through Cellarmasters I'm not sure how I even have an account I can log in to!!??!!
These people are the worst, I have requested a number of times both verbally and in writing that I do not want to be contacted and they just keep at me. I have blocked their number 4 times now and they just keep using a new one. The worst kind of customer service.

I've just found this forum and have called the number given by a Cellarmasters representative in an earlier post - 1800 500 260 (Choose option 4). Got through to one of their advisors, who, to give her credit, was courteous and friendly, looked up my number, confirmed my ID and has taken me off the call list. Apparently by always blocking their call the automated dialer, working off an algorithm, just keeps trying.

I have bought wine from Cellarmasters, got on their customer list, and received an occasional call when they were spruiking a new collection. However, I recently started getting daily calls which I blocked manually but had to keep doing so. I've just found this forum and have called the number given by a Cellarmasters representative in an earlier post - 1800 500 260 (Choose option 4). Got through to one of their advisors, who, to give him credit, was courteous and friendly, looked up my number, confirmed my ID and has taken me off the call list. Apparently by always blocking their call the automated dialler, working off an algorithm, just keeps trying. Hopefully will not get another call, but I did tell them I didn't mind getting emails of offers. Cheers.

Thank you Greg, I have just updated my preferences to no phone or email, but yes to Australia Post mail. At $1.00 a letter, I wonder how frequently they will contact me now!

SO SICK OF CELLARMASTERS!!!!!!!!
Calling 3-4 times a day, weekdays while I'm working and weekends while I'm enjoying my free time, and the worst thing is I've only ever bought one box of wine from them. Will NEVER buy from them again, and am telling all my friends and family to avoid them as well. I never signed up for this harassment. You should be able to buy a box of wine from somewhere and not expect a thousand annoying phone calls in the future!! Vinomofo all the way.

Yep, Cellarmasters totally out of control. My poor mum is feeling completely harrassed - complicated by when she answers it just disconnects. I've told her to go to www.vinomofo.com.au - better deal, and much more respectful marketing

This is a call from "Cellarmasters" to promote/sell their latest special on wines.
If they call your number you must have agreed at sometime to receive their offers on specials by phone as they don't just call any number at random.
To stop the calls simple request they take you off their calling list.

I'm sorry Cellarmasters, but "some outbound calls" might be reasonable. Calling a couple of times a day including weekends is just plain annoying. Add to that that a lot of the time answering just brings silence followed by a disconnection makes it that much more aggravating. I've learnt to ignore the incoming numbers now, although it's still irritating, and will avoid doing business with Cellarmasters in the future.

Why not just stop harassing people? You call with one number, and hang up on customers. You call multiple times a day, every day. Customer blocks that number, you call with a different number. The cycle is never ending. We won't deal with a company who abuses our phone number. Please don't insult our intelligence with your "helpful" post. I have told your agents I don't want to be called.... numerous times, yet you still call. Get over yourselves. I won't buy from you ever again and I will report you to the "Do not call list" every time you do call.

Calls several times a day but when I answer there is nothing so must be an automated system. A few times they have gone to my voicemail and left a voicemail asking to speak to Claire - which shows they did not register it was a voicemail. This is the third different number they have called me from in the last 6 months (I have previously blocked the other two). CellarMasters you have successfully lost my business as this kind of aggressive, persistent and annoying calling puts me off buying anything from you ever again. Caller blocked.

I have had the same issue as other callers. For the last MONTH there are calling me every day, sometimes twice a day. A year ago I got the odd call, which was fine, but now it is so oppressive that even if I wanted to buy wine I wouldn't buy from Cellarmasters. The most recent number I am being called from is (02) 9506 2083.
