It doesn't matter if we have ever dealt with this company.... that doesn't give them the right to spam. 1 call a month is sufficient, but 2-3 calls a day is spam. The thing is, if I want to order something, I will. I don't need them calling me, that is why we use the internet to order. Because of the spamming, they will no longer have me as a customer.

Like buying wines from cellar masters with their great deals but do not appreciate these calls on my mobile every day at different times. If they are so persistent in wanting to speak to me, why not leave a VOICE MESSAGE!!! I haven't answered because I thought it was a telemarketer but now I know who it is, I will be ringing them and getting off their phone list. It really is destroying their reputation. If it is a computer glitch they better hurry and fix it. Nothing like a pushy company. It might turn people off their wines!

They call every other week and hang up straight away - I dont understand whats to gain from this!?

Abnoxious pest! Have received two to three calls every day for the past two weeks from this number (Cellarmasters). I'm determined not to purchase any wines from this company again and have warned friends/relatives not to have any dealings with these people.

Just called them (Cellarmasters) and got my name taken off the list. They said it is an automatic dialling system that doesn't connect properly. I told them they are getting lots of complaints and bad publicity as a result.

Just ring them back and ask to be removed from their call list. They are very polite and you will be removed straight away. I have just done this.
