It is interesting on seeing Workforce Guardian have a number of pages dedicated to Employsure but on review of their own google reviews they have no cancellation policy themselves but are very vocal about another businesses practices

I have the same problem, in my case the signature is a forgery the rep is missing in action and I am dealing with a client experience specialist that is very slippery and evasive.
Today I am referring this to the police

When you google Wageline both Fairwork and employsure come under the same headings. Employsure has the 1300 number that stands out. When we rang and asked for an hourly rate for an employee it was given. It was then suggested that they had someone in the area and they could call by and check our books. We took up the over and like everyone else they tried to sign us up. Unfortunately we took there hourly rate which was confirmed 10 months later as being correct and have now found out it was the wrong amount and have now paid back pay for a year to bring it up to date.
THEY MUST BE STOPPED

We had an experience with them approx 6 years ago . They wanted to take control and your were not allowed to speak to your employees You had to contact then for any thing connected with employment .. We told them where to go ... But they have phoned on numerous occasions within the last 2 months & they swiftly are told where to go .. Run just keep running .

Business owners be on high alert before signing on with Employsure !!!.Signed a 1 year advice only contract with Employsure agent in April 2016 which ended April 2017. Notified agent at the point of signing contract that I only want the contract for 1 year with no renewal ( i told the agent that I would prefer a month to month but he said that I had to sign a 1 year or 3 year contract)however agent did not note this and contract has auto renewed even though more than 1 year notice not to renew was given to agent . My business closed in April 2017 and I have no employees since Nov 2016 however employsure want full payment for new term. even though my business is closed and I have no employees. Hopefully businesses considering signing on with this company will take note of the fine detail in employsure's contract and terms and conditions prior to engaging them and which can be used against you or your business Please avoid or you will face undue financial and psychological stress.

We too were scammed. Rang Fair Work about problems with one employee. Then got a phone call from Employsure saying they had been advised we could need help. Went on Google to research Employsure and came up with Fair Work. Consequently thought we had the best group to help us with employees. The rest is the same. All our research led back to Fair Work and. We were not given a choice about a 5 year contract. Now business is closed and they still expect us to pay out the contract with no business. Wish I didn't ring fairwork now.

Similar experience with Employsure who applied really high pressure sales tactics, lots of inflated promises and beating the fear of the cost of legislation into you. They charge according to the number of staff you have. We signed with them while we had only a few staff but were intending to employ more and they offered us a special deal to lock in at the lower cost for 5 years even if we increased he staff numbers. The 5 years period was promoted as a special deal and a saving to us! Within a short time I realised that we were not getting much for our money other than a pretty blue folder which was generic to all customers.
Unfortunately soon afterwards I was soon after diagnosed with an incurable cancer and have had to cease my business operations so I have not employed anyone for the last 5 months. I wrote them a nice letter pleading to be released from the contract, even paid them for 3 months after we ceased employing anyone. They came back and offered release from contract for about $7,500 but at no time did they try to justify the charge. As a newly unemployed person trying to re-adjust to living on a disability pension (and physical disabled) I have no hope to pay this so I told them I could not manage it. They then threatened to publish my business name with business watch and other credit agencies. Now they have issued a legal demand for the unused portion of the contract, just over $23,000. I am not capable of dealing with it and I wonder why they have to be such bastards to chase me for this, especially when they never provided and cannot provide anything useful to me. Their total time on our site was about 7 hours, including the salesman time. They have already been paid for 12 months before I tried to cancel the contract so they sure have covered their costs. They have no losses, only a 1-sided contract that was mis-represented by their salesman and which gives them the opportunity to hound me for money and not bother about providing anything of value to me.
Keep away from these people, they are very nasty and very greedy parasites. I also think that their salespeople tell lies and deliberately mis-lead you.

Employsure guise themselves off as legal advise when they are HR generalist.. very misleading as they are very different levels of expertise. I have had conflicting advice from different staff. I terminated the agreement my employer had with Employsure as the monthly fee was excessive for services provided - better off paying for real legal advice when you actually need it. The down side was a contracted notice period of one year to terminate their contract. Be very careful with what you sign up for..

These guys sounded legit in the message they left on my phone they used a customer of mines details saying they got my number from them. When I spoke to my customer before ringing them back he had no idea about it. It all now seems very dodgey.

16 months ago I signed on with Employsure. I was a small business and when I queried Fair Trading about calculating long service leave and sick entitlements, they recommended Employsure. When we met with their sales executive, we advised him that we had planned on selling in the next year or so, and as a result didn't want to tie in to a long agreement. The executive assured that the new buyers could pick up the agreement, or we could cancel as "no business, no requirement for their service". We signed up for a 3 year term.
I cancelled their service in July/16 and provided proof of the sale (new owners weren't interested) as they requested.
They offered a early termination fee, and we countered with equivalent of 3 months notice.
Today they tell me they have reported my business to creditor watch!
We were totally misled on this.

We have employed these guys. As a small business they have been invaluable in assisting with terminating employees, performance management, employment contracts and redundancy.
I guess its all a matter of opinion

They approached us and wanted to charge us 7% of our payroll to protect us from unfair dismissal claims but we have never had one. Ridiculous. Stay away. There are much better ways to get contract HR services and ones that look after everything from recruitment through to Workers Compensation management.

Made out that they were part of the Fair Work Commission Australia, upon further investigation i found out they are a private business pretending to be part of the Ombudsman. Made comments that they were going to audit me if i didn't sign up with them.
Dodgy practices and when speaking to my friends they have found there actually service to be below par. Watch out for these guys.

Rang Fair Work Ombudsman regarding holiday trading hours in other states - they recommended this service as a HR solution for our company..... clearly they have passed on my number. I have never asked to be contacted by this company or for my number to be provided for them to contact me.
