They are debt collectors that work for multiple groups. Occasionally, you get a worker that is rude but otherwise is a safe number. Would still not recommend giving them details about your credit card over the phone but I'm just overly cautious like that.

I cancelled my membership with Fitness First during the NSW lockdown. I gave them well over a 28-day notice to satisfy the Fitness First contract. This company kept texting me from 0439 577 327 and called from (02) 9193 7880. Their attitude is ridiculous saying that I owe Fitness First cancellation fees because my membership is set to cancel within 28 days "paid notice", meaning that I should not have cancelled during the lockdown.

Caller: Debit Success This company say I owe money for a membership of Goodlife Gym that I cancelled years ago. They say I have no proof of cancellation and so continue to harass me. They've given me no proof of who they are either. They also send me text messages on this number 0439 577 327 so it's also all in writing.

Caller: Debt success I have reported to our credit card supplier. Somehow got our credit info and started charging for village roadshow (theme parks) 8 months ago. Haven’t bought a thempark ticket for about 7 years. Too old for that stuff have new credit card numbers now. 2nd time it has happened in 3 years. Make sure you get a copy of your contract from them. Otherwise don’t pay.

Debit success automated voicemail. Had a look and my gym membership had stopped auto debiting for some reason. If you get a call from them, do your own research

I let this number go to messages as did not recognise. Recorded message saying they were Debit Success and need to update my bank or credit card details. I don’t have a credit card and my bank details are correct. Has to be scammers, so blocking.
