Phishing scam posing as debit success for GoodLife Gym, I did owe money as I mistyped my details when signing up, so I followed the link briefly until I realised the website had a different Brand name on it and then it began to ask for my NetBank Login details lol

Messaged me saying I owe my local gym money.

How do they know the gym I go to and my name?

This number asked me for urgent payment at gym that I actually go but was doubtful as I don’t have any so checked on the Internet. It’s a scam and I don’t know how they figured out my actual detail, which is my privacy.

Received Text message stating that my Gym membership requires an URGENT payment. Nearly fell for it as I had just joined this particular Gym and the text message called me by name. But something told me to check the number first and I came across this same scam happening for years from the same number....very suss.

Definetly a scam, pretended to be my local vet clinic saying payment was due. Looks like they picked my details from a scrape or data breach however, since they were correct.

The message received claims urgent payment required to our Swim School. These people obviously have personal details!

Urgent payment from open colleges, link added to text. Scam.

Scammer pretending to be message from a bank asking you to click on a link. Dont. However they got my number they didnt have my forename correct.

Requested urgent payment for gym membership. Gym membership is up to date. Fortunately we can trace the call precisely. We can trace the person who sent the text and we can certainly locate the precise location of the sender.
