I put the wind up him as he has rung my elderly mother several times confusing her. He won’t be ring us again.
Block the number

Spoke to a man with a very thick accent (French?) who was asking about buying cars that are not in good working condition or cars that can be sold for scrap. I asked how they got my number and he said they have access to databases from google/LinkedIn/Facebook so I would have clicked on a link somewhere and that’s how they accessed my mobile number.

Caller: Some pain in the arse

Called three times in two weeks. Blocked.

Caller: Something about buying cars for scrap.

I wish he'd call my neighbour.

Made the mistake of returning the call before googling the number, sure hope there are no repercussions from that :-(. Couldn't understand the guy but yeah, something about buying something second hand.

Called twice, one week apart. Both times hung up as soon as I answered.

They want to buy my car?? WTF.. No thanks.

Hung up as soon as I said something. There's been a heap of these lately.
