This is not a scam, it is legit. The man is calling around to see if you want cash for cars.

Answered and they were offering to taking unwanted or spare cars I may have off my hands for money! Dont answer, just block!

Side note, is anyone else having scam calls 10+ times a day? driving me nuts!!! How are they getting my mobile number!!!

Has been previously identified as a scam call as was identified on the phone as being reported as scam call.

Said he was calling from Sydney car removals when asked how he got my number he replied that I registered online cash for cars to get rid of my car. Scam call blocked.

This number called me and it's Hearing Australia I had a missed call from them then received a message with same number however I knew the person that left a msg but a different number was provided to call back on

Received call today asking if I hav any car to sell..Told them no owner is out..
The guy said really..Then he said do u want a dress..Isaid to him r u scamer..
He said yes..n hang up..Reported to police...

Car removal cold call. Don't know if it's a scam, they said I inquired about selling my car for scrap. Either they're cold calling randoms or they are legit company responding to enquiries made a decade late. So they're either dodgy or incompetent.

ring 2 times a week NBN problem.

Called about 'car removal'. Hung up as soon as I said I don't have time for the call.

I have never owned a car, nor is my phone number tied to an car registrations. Clearly just someone who has a list of numbers and is trying to scam as many as possible on that list.

Interesting. I did not answer, but I do have a rego that is due in a week or so in Mortdale. The papers come to my PO Box, though, so it's not likely to be intercepted there & they did not appear to be tampered with. Someone on the inside, apparently.

Supposedly NBN and said my IP address was public and I had to switch it to private because people were stilling my information. I never understood what he wanted so I hung up.
