Please STOP calling me!!!

We no longer answer our landline unless it is a number we recognise. All I can say is “stop calling the number back, people! 99.9% probability it’s a scam!

As previous....went to answer machine and they hung up. When I get these unknown calls I always let them go to the answer machine. I then use this web page to check for any issues with the caller. Very useful if a number is listed like this one - which has a lot of recent history. So then I simply block it with the blocking function on the phone. No more nuisance calls!

Caller: saying from government solar rebate ?????

having had enough of these ridiculous calls. i have a new policy - i asked so if you re not a scammer then what specific business name are you working for and what is the ABN... at this point he got annoyed im not the one to provide you with this information - i said well you are the one calling me -claiming to be from an australian business - so what is your ABN to prove this. so now seeing other reports of this number different responses then i would say scammers/spammers

Indian sounding lady tried to get me to give her all my energy bill and provider details, talked about 30% discounts. Didn't co-operate with them, so not sure where it would have led, maybe would have asked for a "deposit" or maybe just a "iselect" type company.

Calls everyday do not answer and when answering machine kicks in they hang up, sick of them except get exercise when getting up to see who is ringing

Tried to call back, but no such exists!!! "The number you have dialled does not exist, check the number and dial again"

Received numerous calls from this number but they never leave a message. so much for being on the DNC register

Constant, daily, 3 times daily. Answer phone, no one there, ring back "this number is not connected". 1. Who the hell are they? & 2. How can I get them to stop? I run my own business via phone/internet & this is time-wasting & only answer seems to be disconnect from Telstra, get Optus & new phone #.

Something about electricity charges. Thick Indian accent, hard to understand. Told caller I'm on do not call register and that if I want a new deal on electricity I'll research it myself without their "help".

Answered phone, nobody there so I rang the number and got a recording telling me the number could not be connected please check the number and try again.

I am so sick of these people calling claiming to be from either telstra or electricity companies, surely with today's technology these scammers can be stopped??

These pests keep ringing nearly every hour 😫. Thank God for my new Telstra Guardian phone, you don't even know they tried until you check the numbers that have been blocked 😆 Because the caller has to identify themselves before the call proceeds. Any contacts you have in your phone get straight through. Fantastic, best $72 I ever spent !!

Rang 3 times in quick succession but hung up each time when I answered.
