Have received numerous nuisance hang-up calls from this number - eg., six of the last 20 calls . Very persistent in calling but never leave a message.

I have had several calls from this number, now I answer and blow a very loud whistle into the phone, hope they have headsets on.

Offering free quote for solar panels. I hung up.

When you call this number back, you are advised to check the number because this number is not connected!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This happens with most of this type of call. HOW???????????

Been receiving a LOT of calls from this number. We're in Northern NSW and our neighbours all say they are getting calls too. Haven't answered the call yet (we scan all incoming calls using answering machine), and they just hang up and do not leave any details / info.

They seem to call around 7pm a fair bit, but have also noticed a number of missed calls when we get home from work each day too.

Continually getting calls from this number up to 10 times a day they hang up the moment I answer now I just let it ring out

Rang me 6.50pm and again at 10pm. Have blocked and still trying to get me.

Number has been calling several times a day and night ,extremely annoying. I know for a fact it's scam from this site and the fact no message is ever left .. I do not answer numbers I don't know nor private numbers . It's the only thing to do in the times we live in .

The Telcos could stop these calls but they don't want to. They get money for the diversion of the call from overseas.

Didn't recognise the number so I did not pick it up.

After reading through the comments, if I got caught off guard and answered I would have let the person go through their initial speech and follow what a friend once did to a caller like this who claimed to be working with the energy company, he said... "that's funny we're off the grid, but your in my sight for future reference". My friend who was also on the DNCR followed with "don't you think you should help your company and permanently remove my number from your system". He hasn't received another BS call like this one in 3 years.

Half asleep I answered phone, caller said "Good afternoon, I mean morning is this (my first and last name)" I said yes, then caller hung up. Indian sounding male voice.
I have blocked number on my phone, but feels creepy.

Have never answered. They've phoned twice in the last twenty minutes!

Hung up when went to answering machine, I don’t answer any call unless I recognise the caller. Still bey annoying though 😡

wants my power usage details so they can supposedly save money on power bills

Caller: Some indian electricity scammer

This number calls all the time. I finally answered and he started asking about our discounts on electricity. When I said we are not changing, he said "no, no no, that's not what I'm ringing for." He told me the name our electricity bill is in and it was my partner's name. The phone is in his name, the power is in mine, different last names. Bluffed his way through that one. When I hung up he rang straight back and my son answered and quoted numbers of "harassment laws", he hung up. Hopefully we are rid of him.

Claimed to be from Power Saver Company. When I asked to speak to his supervisor, he claimed he was the supervisor. When I asked to speak to his boos, he claimed he was the boss.
When I called back, I also got the "Number not connected" message.

Caller: Pests

calls many times a day. when I answer they hang up. come on authorities do something about these mongrels. if a private person was doing it, it would be a police matter. nobody has got the balls to do anything in this country.

They've called three times in two hours, no message left. I am not picking up the phone and I'm hoping they'll eventually give up & learn it's no use calling me.
