Have called me twice a day for three days running - each time it has gone to my message bank. They have never left a message. I have not returned their call. I suspect it is telemarketing. Dunno if legit or scammer. I won't be returning the calls.

I signed up to switch my gas and electricity to Dodo. Everyday since I have had a missed call from this number that goes to message bank and leaves no message. Today I answered and she asked what my query was in regards to the NBN switching to them, I said that i never agreed to NBN, just the gas and electricity. She hung up. If this is DODO i am going to be pissed off and leaving quite quickly. Don't start spamming me with offshore upselling then hang up on me when I say no.

I called back and they had a recording of DODO’s call service. So I hung up the telephone and rang DODO directly on 13DODO. DODO told me that they keep a log of outgoing calls, just in case the customer calls back. And they said, they never tried to ring me and that it was most likely a fraudulent/scam call. Don’t answer. I don’t know how to report fraudulent/scam numbers. Does anyone know how? Because DODO didn’t unfortunately

I have my NBN with Dodo which has been successfully set up with no issues. My bills are paid and I have no dramas with the service or account. I've answered it once or twice to no one on the other end, which is likely just a scam caller checking if the number is active.
I'm copping calls from this number at least once a day. Typically they call once in the morning before lunch and again in the late afternoon. I've blocked the number, but still get the 'missed call' alert messages pop up on my phone when they attempt to call. It's driving me slightly insane. Good to know I'm not alone, but super frustrating. Fingers crossed these jerks get shut down, as it is such a waste of time and invasion of privacy.

Caller: Vocus Group (Dodo/iPrimus) Upselling

Vocus Group (Dodo/iPrimus) runs the call centre for the purpose of upselling customers of their brand into bundles. For example, if you have Dodo NBN and bundle it with an overpriced Dodo Gas/Electricity supply they offer a small monthly discount. Wasn't worth it for us as their energy charges were much more expensive so even with the $10 per month bundle discount they offered we were better off with our existing provider.

Calling repeatedly but hang up immediately after one ring. Appears to be a robo-dialling number. Called back - iPrimus wanting to upsell me something despite having previously asked them for no marketing calls.

Called 4 times(morning and afternoon) in 2 days after signing up for NBN with dodo. Noise in other the other end,no one speaks. When you call back the number it says dodo has a pending order. Have blocked.

Interesting, I signed up for Dodo NBN today and I've since had two calls. Both times I answer and no one speaks but I can hear background noise. Searched the number and found this thread. How odd.. anyways, I've now blocked. If they want me they can email me.

They have called me around 6 times a day for the past 6 days. Have left no message and kept calling. I never picked up and have now blocked. I am now aware that they are a dodo scammer and have multiple numbers

From previous complaints re this number, it seems it follows on from joining DoDo. I joined up yesterday for gas only, and today have had two calls from this number. Answered first one but I hung up when no one answered me immediately. Didn't answer second call and let it go to voicemail. No message left.
Appreciate knowledge from this website and shall now block the number.

I've getting calls from this number everyday since I signed up with Dodo. They never leave a message and if you answer there's no one at the other end. Blocked.

Absolute Pests! Have called 4 times in the space of 5minutes,also calling on an alternate number (02) 9133 5928.
Phone rings 3 or 4 times then hangs up.

Woman called when I answered mobile she kept saying Hello, Hello then hung up. Then she rang again same thing Hello, Hello and hung up.
Both calls were the same woman but came from different phone numbers registered on my mobile from Sydney, New South Wales
