Not iprimus. If you live in Victoria, they will call you from an 03 number. If you did not call them, they won't call you. Do not engage with this caller.

They have run about 4 times and leave no message. I have rung this number back twice and only get an automated service. You end up being told that because of the virus there is nobody there to help you.....you do expect better from a supposed reputable company

The scammer themselves are trying to post above that this number is geniune, this trick doesn't work, these scammers are originated from india, this is a very serious issue as india nationals are getting into mangement levels and higher in Australian companies, government bodies and interests and try to outsource as many operations to their homeland india as possible, and employing more india nationals as well. We cannot let the scammers screen scammers. these india nationals are used to doing scams and frauds big time and conned their ways to such positions. They think that everyone else in the world are idiots. STOP PRETENDING THAT YOU ARE LEGITIMATE WHILE YOU ARE THE BIGGEST CROOKS, YOU MUST BE DAMM STUPID TO BELIEVE THAT WE BELIEVE YOUR TRICK TO VALIDATE THE NUMBER AS GENIUNE BY POSTING THAT IT IS!! YOU PESTS.

I didnt answer, as when i looked on here it said there were complaints for this number. However, they did leave a message, and it was Dodo power and gas asking me to call them back on a 1300 number to discuss my account. I am currently changing from Dodo to another company, because Dodo have been so terrible.
Actually, the girl in the Philippines call centre has always been very polite and helpful. It's the idiotic incompetent management that have caused me to change.

It's iPrimus. I had arranged for them to call me back to help with the installation of a new modem/router, but I missed the call. They left a message. Had they called at 1PM AEST (Queensland time) as we had agreed, instead of 5PM, I would have been near my phone and would have taken the call.

This number is very annoying; this morning they phoned three times in a row, to the point of harrassment. I've tried to block, but they keep on phoning.

Rang once every day for last two days, following on from a blitz by 9070 1109 series everyday for 2 months. Talk about harrassment!!

They let the phone ring twice and hung up before I could reach my phone.
Then texted to say they'd tried contacting me regarding my enquiry but were unable to reach me.
Just like the Aus post guy who put the note in the letter box claiming they tried to deliver the parcel but no one answered.
But was seen from the front door making no effort to deliver the parcel.

Tried upgrading my NBN plan to a faster speed and I thought they were a decent company. I had a problem with signing up with a new plan on their website so I left it until I got home from work. All I was able to put in was my name and phone number yet they've called me 20 times in the span of less than 24 hours and continue even though I have them on a global block.

Suffice to say I will not be switching to them after this.

It's iPrimus. I started signing up for an NBN plan late last night but found a better offer from a different provider. My contact number had obviously been saved through the sign up process and iprimus have called me 7 times today trying to get me to complete the sign up. I've blocked the number.

Not sure who called me but someone asking for me by name and didn't announce where they were from. As usual with spam callers I just said "sorry, she died" and hung up. Apparently, according to the other comments here, it's actually Primus. (Whoops)
