Said they were from iPrimus ... ringing me back about an online order I placed. When I said that I didn't they apologised and then asked if they could help me out with a SIM Card ... told them no ... and they hung up. I will never give information out to anyone when they cold call me, so don't fall for it ...

They are using a spoof number which is a free to use number from the internet.

I sent an email to i Primus regarding a planned outage that I was not notified about. A rep was ringing to discuss this with me. All good

Caller: I don't know. Not iprimus for sure.

Rang once every day for last two days, following on from a blitz by 9070 1109 series everyday for 2 months. Talk about harrassment!!

Could u ring me tomorrow about 7pm doing a night course sorry I missed ur call

They let the phone ring twice and hung up before I could reach my phone.
Then texted to say they'd tried contacting me regarding my enquiry but were unable to reach me.
Just like the Aus post guy who put the note in the letter box claiming they tried to deliver the parcel but no one answered.
But was seen from the front door making no effort to deliver the parcel.

I called IPrimus and they called me back within 1min on the number provided.

Tried upgrading my NBN plan to a faster speed and I thought they were a decent company. I had a problem with signing up with a new plan on their website so I left it until I got home from work. All I was able to put in was my name and phone number yet they've called me 20 times in the span of less than 24 hours and continue even though I have them on a global block.

Suffice to say I will not be switching to them after this.

It's iPrimus. I started signing up for an NBN plan late last night but found a better offer from a different provider. My contact number had obviously been saved through the sign up process and iprimus have called me 7 times today trying to get me to complete the sign up. I've blocked the number.

Not sure who called me but someone asking for me by name and didn't announce where they were from. As usual with spam callers I just said "sorry, she died" and hung up. Apparently, according to the other comments here, it's actually Primus. (Whoops)

Repetitive calls from this number, despite blocked (?) No response when call answered. Now ignore.

Two calls today, no response on answering. Blocked.

Currently a customer for NBN - they are wanting to switch over our mobiles to iPrimus as well. Have been getting at least 1 call a day for the last week - now I just ignore it.

Caller: IPrimus

Called trying to upsell me and my household to change to their mobile service. I said no and they have called back 5 times since - ignoring.

Caller: Scammer (NOT IPrimus)

Phoned iPrimus (I am a customer) and last contact with me through them was April 29th. No one has called, or attempted to call me since then.

That said, if it’s a scammer, they have a good setup. However I don’t believe that a telco would have a call centre that sounds like it’s located 6 meters underground using communication equipment left over from the Cold War. But, I could be wrong because the iPrimus rep I spoke to didn’t believe that I received a paper bill from them so who knows.

I don’t answer calls outside of Victoria unless a company I’m with is stated outside of Victoria. Mine said Sydney staying clear of f*cken Sydney 🤣

Supposedly Iprimus (but it's not). Left a voicemail message only saying my first name and nothing else (I didn't answer the call because it was not a number on my list of contacts). Very strange that my phone accepted this number because I already had it in my blocked senders list. But in any event, it's definitely not Iprimus.

Hung up on me when I said hello, who is this? I have blocked this number

Called twice now. They don't leave a message, which is sus to me.
