100% Qantas. I don't dis others on this page who have said it's a scam - I was suspicious too, which is why I'm here. But the same number rang my wife and then me within 30 seconds of each other. We didn't answer either time. No message left but could hear background call centre sounds. However we actually were awaiting a call from Qantas (we were claiming a refund - the Qantas call centre I rang said they'd process it and call me back - and as we were both claiming, Qantas had both of our mobile numbers). There was enough postive feedback on this site that I rang the (02) 9123 6000 number back - and it was most definitely Qantas.

I ignored this call initially and they did not leave a message. They continued to ring. After 4 calls I gave in and answered. It is Qantas. I rang their call centre earlier in the day as I could not check in to a flight - they had website issues. Unbeknown to them it was subsequently resolved (their website started working again). They were ringing me back to try to help with my issue. So definitely Qantas.

Didn't answer. They left a message saying that they were following up regarding a refund case I have had open. Advised that they couldn't refund my previous payment method as it had expired (covid era). Asked for card number and expiry, no other information-- provided a card that I rarely use and has no money available. If it is a scam, as I am now starting to worry, they won't get anything. I hope the others saying that this is legit are correct as Qantas does owe me a refund (though they have tried hard not to refund me).

Scam. Didn't recognise number so let it go to message bank. Message saying they were Qantas and needed my credit card number to process a refund. Rang Qantas and I have no refunds .

I have never been asked for credit card details for a refund before they normally just refund the charge.

Not Qantas, yet another scammer from Kolkata or Manila. Claiming your flight is full or no longer available. This idiot told me my business class ticket on a flight I had already checked in was to be diverted to another destination. I asked the scammer for more details as I was online with Qantas and noted my flight was on schedule. The scammer went to script number 2 but failed badly. Do not provide any credit card details to these idiots. Bait them and have some fun, like I do
