I called back number (02) 9094 2401 reached IVR for a company called NSW RFSA.

At least when you call back you get a message explaining who they are and they even give you a different number to call to have yourself removed from future calls

Every raffle I get calls from a different Sydney number. It makes it difficult to block or avoid.
I believe there is a raffle but it is the company that only 30cents per dollar actually goes to the rural fire service.

Have told them numerous times not to call , to take name OFF call list but still persistent.

have been ring for months every single day getting feed up with it.
