Same as many of above. Called to confirm staff without identifying herself.

This number is apparently from one of the call centres linked to the Accor Silver membership program. I've blocked their number in the past, and this is the same outfit, on a different number.

While I don't mind paying for silver membership on an annual basis, i made it clear at the start that I had no interest in making in any referrals - Accor doesn't seem to understand this, so no more Silver membership after this year. I will no longer use any Accor hotels, and will be advising my employees/ family & friends to likewise boycott them ...

They called and recited all staff names, not comfortable to talk with these guys. How do they got the details of staff?

Have called me from this number, tried me yesterday, and today. I answered saying 'hello'. A man with an accent, think sounded Indian or similar, just said... oh, sorry, I must have the wrong number and he hung up

I made the mistake of signing up to Accor silver membership for about $400. When I got the details it was nothing like what they said on the phone. I cancelled under the cooling off period and it took about 6 weeks to get my refund after a lot of emails and phone conversations.

Company takes your money for special accomodation pricing. However they don't issue cards which is needed to present and receive free nights accomodation. Fraud by deception

Called to confirm one staff member still works at our office, as it's online anyway I confirmed that, and then he confirmed my surname...I never told him my surname initially. Not sure if he was looking at the website or what he was referring to. Indian call centre.

As above, rang to confirm my first name as they were updating something (that I could not understand) in this area. Then just as quickly hung up.

Called and asked to see who is still employed with our company. After the sixth staff member I said look up who works here on our public website with all the staff members listed and hung up on him. So annoying

Catherine from Accor+ calling Friday night from (02) 8918 0500, Sydney?! Sounded like India...
Call quality shocking, with direct request for 5-10 referrals on the phone only, wouldn't send me an official email request. I said it sounded like a scam call, and would talk to the Ozzy team in Monday.
