Called and recited staff names of the business, didn't catch where she was from. She knew us all, not sure how?? Very strange, didn't want anything other than to confirm we all still worked here

They called and recited details of our employees including their full name and position and to also confirm whether they were still employed here.

Certainly, Accor. Wanting referrals. Really poor phone line. Pleasant enough person, but hard to understand with bad line. I've been Accor member for some years, they have my details, my internet account is up to date. Pity they can't tell me that they'll halve my membership cost.
Put number on reject list.... guess what... called me landline. Ha ha.. top marks for persistence. Just said not interested, polite and hung up.
