Suspect didn't answer them

I had a call from them this morning, there was a recorded message saying it was Amazon.
I hung up & blocked the number.

Says Amazon.
How did these fraudsters get my number ??

Claiming to Telstra. Yeah right

Caller: Indian scam call centre

"David" from telstra whose dream is to buy Australia and have us all as his servants... Now that scammer is a real go-getter!

Caller: Probable scam

Went to message bank but no message left

Caller hung up when I answered.

Answered call but didn't speak, hung up after about 5 seconds. Phone advised number originated in Liverpool.

Caller: Scammer

Caller said she is from security of visa and Mastercard. Told them I don’t don’t have either and I know they’re a scammer then she hung up.

Caller: “Telstra”

Indian woman claiming to be from Telstra and is it right that my router isn’t working? I told her that’s news to me because I’m not with Telstra and to stop scamming people

I called the number back after a missed call as it showed it was a Liverpool NSW number (I lived previously in that area), it was just making weird noise, now I’m preparing for a barrage of missed call

Missed call, blocked and deleted

Hung up after I spouted the required response for the work phone...

Claiming to be from NBN. I hung up on him as was of the understanding that NBN shouldn't be ringing people directly.

Caller said he was from NBN network. Hung up when I said "No!"
I've had a string of dubious and scam calls lately.

Caller: supposedly e-bay

stating $299 owing - not me. did not reply to options listed.

Caller: Amazon Prime

Automated message saying my Amazon Prime account was going to be renewed. I hung up as I don't have an Amazon Prime Account. Have blocked the number.

Scam call. Said my (non existent) Amazon account would be ren ews at rate of $99. Asked me to press 1 for more details.

Answered call with no reply. Hung up with nothing said.

Another scam message received.
