Yes it is Telstra, but they are not reading the files correctly. We have a problem with the phone lines in the office, they were given a number to call IN THE OFFICE, but get calls consistently outside office hours

Legitimate Telstra call. Thought it was another scam call because of the Phillopino call centre accent..... But turned out to be genuine. Solving problem with new phone connection.
Interesting that this site does not gave a selection for "genuine"

I lodged a complaint with Telstra concerning loud noise on our phone line which is impeding my ability to hear the other person (i have a hearing impairment and a phone for hearing impaired people - without the noise i can just hear the other person with noise it is hopeless) - i lodged the complaint via the National Relay Network and then again through their live chat option. At all times i tell them to USE MY EMAIL as I cant hear anybody on the phone due to the noise. I am getting repeated calls from this number which is apparently telstra. Honestly can't they follow customer instructions???? Telstra is beyond hopeless.

I put in a complaint about call centres because they suck then.... I had to explain to a call centre why.... Go figure.... I think I may have wasted my time

Yes it is a nuisance.
remedy: create a contact call it Spam Do NOT Answer
then block the contact.
that will stop it until they us a different number

This is the phone number that appears for the Telstra call centre. I received a call back on my mobile from this number when reporting a fault on our Telstra fixed line phone. If you call this number back it will not reach the call centre as it appears it is for outgoing calls only. Instead the Telstra rep gave me a direct number to call him back if I wanted to check on the status of the fault resolution. Best service we have had from Telstra in a long time.

This number called incessantly while I as at work. I politely said I wasn't interested and asked them to take me off their call list, to stop trying and have a nice day and they proceeded to call another 20+ times until I actually blocked the number.

A Telstra ethnic rang i have issues with Telstra over a mobile phone and refuse point blank to talk to these ethnics in the Philippines i am about to contact the local Press and TV over this issue so they can take it up with Telstra on camera,so every one can see how impotent and useless Telstra has become,pay this mob in the Philippines in peanuts what do you expect,a useless service,might start looking at Southern Phone.

Yep just had the phone ring twice and hang up @ 7:50pm and the 2 minutes later phone rang once and hung up. It's Telstra Bigpond Activations complaints team. Probably doing so they can say they attempted to contact regarding a complaint as I have one logged with them regarding their super poor adsl service👎.

I'm completely confused, I just called telstra complaints as I have a tap on my phone, I blocked this number after they said it definitely isn't a telstra number. Lol, of well no more telstra support calls.

This number repeatedly calls my wi-fi dongle .... not a phone - no one will answer it ever - if it was telstra they would know it was a dongle sounds fishy to me!!!!

Just got several calls. They didn't ask for any information, just wanted confirmation about my Telstra land line fault and if I will be available tomorrow.
I didn't give him any info just confirmed what he told me.
So apparently from telstra. Got call on Sunday of long weekend.

received a call from (02) 9302 6100 on my mobile from Telstra, Asian, most probably Philippino, asking if we'd reported a problem with our landline (I told him that we did on 12/5 which was resolved at least 3 weeks ago) and asking for my first name, last name and birthdate, I gave my name but refused to give birthdate. The caller said if I do not give my birthdate they cannot help me!!!!!!!!!!

This is Telstra on this number (02) 8302 6100, its Telstra Complaints & they are based in the Phillpines, NOT Australia. It's appears to be a local number but its not. I had a conversation with a Phillipino man from Telstra who told me he was in Perth which simply wasn't true,wrong area code.
Not impressed with a complaints service that has NO understanding of the environment the Customer is in.

It is telstra for line faults. I had it pop up on my phone and the girl did leave a message with details for when a tech will be attending my home to fix the fault so definitely not a fraud thing.
