I have all unknown numbers immediately silenced so until my ring doorbell picked up that someone had dropped off a package. I wasn’t aware I’d had a missed call. No Voicemail was left. When I went to the front door to collect my Amazon parcel which I could see in the ring doorbell video it was the guy had then come back to the door. He was unsure of where he was delivering to. He says it was a new job and was inexperienced apologised greatly for any bother and he had dropped off one parcel taken it away then brought my correct parcel and placed it at the door or within minutes and was trying to phone me to confirm this. no harm done but my suggestion would be when you people leave Voicemail please

A Sydney number yet I am in Melbourne. A guy claiming to be delivering for Amazon and there is no street number on the parcel. I don't order from Amazon nor have an account so I am not sure that this is legit or not.

Call was an automated message asking me to leave my own message. Minutes later, an email alert told me that Amazon had delivered a parcel. This was after several unsuccessful attempts at delivery. Conclusion: not a scam.

I received a call from this number but didn't answer it. I received text to say they had left a message but when I called my message number the line was open but no-one spoke. I see where a lot of people are saying that it's Amazon calling for directions but I received this call after I had received a parcel from Amazon. He rang the bell on my side gate and handed the parcel to me directly. I'm not convinced that this is an Amazon number that is calling because the call came after my delivery.

Caller: Amazon This number showed as a missed call (I have DND on for all calls other than my contacts and generally don't answer) at the same time my Amazon parcel was being delivered. Since it was a land line number It wouldn't have registered that it might be a delivery driver looking for my address since usually those are from mobiles. I called back and sure enough, it was Amazon logistics that called and the message only said they tried to deliver a package and directions to contact Amazon customer service. No numbers to press to get through to anybody. Not a scam.
