Stated they were from Samsung Australia, but I do not have my mobile on any products I have brought that have a warranty with Samsung.

Caller: Samsung Loyalty Team I never gave out my email address. I recommended them to just send out the details from the info that I have registered with them and the follow up email appears legit. (@samsung.com) It is a horrible time that we are so sceptical of unsolicited calls these days.

Voicemail left saying something about Samsung and going to a website but couldn't understand any of the other words, or make out what the website was, even after listening several times.

Who knows callers that call you and do not leave voicemail are scumbags and most likely scammers

Caller: Samsung Loyalty Program (so the caller claims) I didn't answer but received a voicemail invitation to join the Samsung Loyalty Program. Call was pre-recorded, heavy Asian accent and this, combined with poor audio from the source, made the recording hard to understand, even after multiple replays. Not the technical standard I expect from a reputable company such as Samsung. Possibly legit - let's see if they persist. Call received Feb 2023.

Caller: Olive from Samsung Care Asian female voice called at 7.15 am on a Sunday morning and left a voice mail saying she is returning a call from my phone but I have no recollection of ever calling them.
I do however remember having problems with my phone about a week ago (freezing when trying to use aps) and the software on phone prompted me to send the error message to Samsung.

Caller: "Samsung Electronics Australia" Caller ID suggested Samsung, but they had no reason to contact me. They hung up after only a few rings, and did not leave a voice message.
I'm located in Melbourne, Australia. The ID number appeared to be Sydney in origin.

Left a voicemail and used my first name but the message was unintelligible given its very low volume. Samsung have no reason to call me.

Caller: Samsung care Requested a return for an order, didn't pick up initially thought it was scam, left VM and saying it was Samsung and my request is taking longer to process. Called again the next day, picked up this time, just to let me know the progress though I already confirmed a few times via online chat. So still on the fence about this.
