This number is not spam, or a scam. And in my case, their service was good. They called me in response to a complaint that I raised. I missed their call, and they left a recorded message with full details for contacting them. When I called them back, they fixed my problem, quickly and courteously.

Yep - lodged a complaint last August....person can't even get my name correct is the messages he's left - so I ignore them!

It is not a scam - clearly if you are receiving a call from this number you have lodged a complaint with the Telecommunication Ombudsman.

I had 7 calls from this number within 30 minutes.
I had to decline them as I was in a meeting, but none of the calls left a message, they just kept calling.

Don't think it's spam, I put in a complaint to the ombudsman, so I guess this is Telstra getting forced to returning my complaint.
