They let an automated voice mail saying I would be sued for fraud (half of the message was cut off). Clearly a scammer.

I called back number (02) 8091 4306 rang once then gets disconnected automatically.

Called back as I was left a voicemail - asked for my customer reference number (TAX NUMBER) and said they had checked the system and that someone had been fraudulently using my number for over $10 Million. Hung up after this.

I've had several calls over the week, but never answered because I didn't recognise the number. I finally listened to the message they left saying I would be sued for fraud for something, couldn't quite get it all.

They said there was a class action again my family but I did not listen to more since this is definitely a scam call!!

A scam claiming to be from the ATO saying that I will have a lawsuit filed against me for fraud.

I also got this phone call, which is also clearly a scam. Not sure what the point was but it's clearly a problem.

I just got a call from this number with a recorded voice message (Australian) saying that the ATO was proceeding against me with a legal case for tax fraud and to dial back a number.
Obviously a scam. The ATO never makes phone calls like this, never calls from a listed number (they’re always private) and they never make threats like this message did.
By the way, I’m a retired litigation lawyer.

Missed a call from this number who left a voice-to-text message saying:
"You missed a call from (02) 8091 4306, who said "Big Asian(?) team about department is investigating you and your family. We had tried to notify you regarding this issue but we had never got any response from you. So it has been considered."
Don't know what it means but glad I didn't answer the call.

I got a missed call, when I called back they said it was the ATO and asked for my personal information. I refused to provide it and they hung up on my mid-sentence. Clearly a phising scam.

Definitely a scammer. The ATO doesn't use robocalls like this.
