Caller: Someone pretending to be bank security personnel Was expecting a call from work, & answered (02) 8000 8533, they called me saying that they were security from the commonwealth bank, & attempted to ask me my details, however I said you have the wrong person because I am not even with Commonwealth (& was really annoyed that they were wasting my time when I was busy). In hindsight I should have tried to play along, & waste their time so they had less opportunity to try & scam someone else, but honestly who really who has time for that.

Didn't leave a message, very short ring. I'd say it's a scam

Caller: Claiming to be from Telstra Just got a call from 02 800 5833 in Indian sounding lady claimed to be from Telstra as was calling because there was something wrong with my internet or something (had the same call from a different number in the past claiming the same thing and I think it was the same person) but one little problem…my internet connection is not with Telstra which is what I said and she hung up on me. Number blocked.

Caller: "Telstra" Indian woman, called to say my telstra wifi account had been hacked. I said I don't use Telstra. She said it doesnt matter because telstra provides services to all other companies and she can see that my account has been hacked. I said I don't have an internet account in my name and started laughing and she hung up. What a dirtbag.

Caller: Fake "credit card security" service. Asian guy with "psuedo-american" accent ( Phillipino ) claiming to be calling from credit card security - which is BS - Mastercard or Visa will never call you directly.
So I asked him which one of my credit card is he calling me about.
Then I told him that I work for a bank and demanded he tell me which one of my credit card he is calling me about. Tried to reverse UNO me by saying no he won't tell me unless I tell him which bank I work for. Told him to go F himself and to do better if he wants to scam people.
