After getting calls that hang up after answer from (02) 7908 7740, (02) 7908 7743 & (02) 7908 7811 for weeks on end, rang number back and took option to "opt out of call list" twice, then received another call from "breast cancer charity" and verbally requested to be taken out of call list, received a sarcastic reply of "Thank you SO MUCH" from woman who sounded Australian.

Clearly reusing this number, as it’s on the march again, don’t answer and I doubt they are legitimate so don’t worry about them saying they are a charity. They make money as soon as you confirm your number is real and attached to a human being, then your number gets passed on to the next spamming system. If you don’t recognise the number, don’t answer, if legit they will leave message (a normal one not a robo caller one). Far too many spammers and absolutely not helped by all companies now expecting you to hand over your phone number but claim it only stays in their databases, no it doesn’t, it will drift to partner firms and then where are the controls?

Third time calling me, when I answer, no body there.

I have had this number calling me several times before. It goes to my landline number which in fact is now used as an internet connection primarily. I have now blocked it on my iPhone but my landline number is already filled with blocked numbers, so until I manage to review them I can't add any more. I appreciate the other options offered above namely (02) 7908 7740, (02) 7908 7743 & (02) 7908 7811 and I will go ahead and block them too on my iPhone. Many thanks Wrigle5 - no-one even a charity should be so unpleasant!

(02) 7908 7743 - yet another caller who does not leave a message - so over these scammers/nusiance callers

Went to voicemail on my landline -no message left. Second hang-up call from a number starting 02 7908 774 this week. Will report both to Do Not Call Register.

Again still pestering me. I don't answer and trying to block my labdline??

Well one out of two blocked today not too bad. Two calls, different numbers. Both preceded by +61.

Prostate and breast cancer foundation - calls every week or so, annoying

I receive phone calls to my New South Wales landline from this telephone number: 7908 7743 up to 3-4 times per day. I do not answer. Call goes to my message service. No message is ever left and the "person" hangs up and has never left a message. These are scam calls and should be reported.
