Caller: Debit card fraud Even though I have number blocked it continually calls my phone. How to block it permanently

Their message claimed I had made a purchase, my card was denied and they had blocked my card. They said to unblock my card call 1300 480 873. I had not made a purchase of the amount given and none of my cards are blocked.
