Had a call at 7:30am this morning (from another number (02) 7257 8216) which left an automated voice message saying that my Commonwealth Bank credit card had been declined and that the card has been blocked. It then tells you to call THIS 1300 number. I am not with Commonwealth Bank nor have I ever been so this is 100% a scam. DON'T NOT CALL THIS NUMBER!! Be careful if you are with CBA - it is fake!

Caller: SCAM I got a call from (02) 7257 8216, I didn't answer and they left a message pretending to be Commonwealth Bank Security. The voicemail said to call 1300 480 873 about my debit card. WARNING! IT IS A SCAM. DO NOT CALL THESE NUMBERS

I just had exactly the same experience, ironically I had just been to Comm Bank, to enquire about my missing card that didn't arrive. Many thanks for the heads up
