Was told I had been audited and that a lawsuit was being filed against me, and that I'd be issued with a warrant for my arrest if I didn't call the number back

I just got the same automated voice with the same message that they would issue an arrest warrant in my name if I didn't call them back.

Same as above- this was very threatening and scary. Hoax call needs to be dealt with - who does that ?

Purported PayPal receipt re Norton subscription, “ phone this number within 24 hours to have money placed back in account”. Obvious scam, not answered, deleted.

Received an email from a gmail account with a paypal notification for renewal of Norton. Please ring this number to cancel the subscription. Never had a Norton account so very strange

Received an email from an unknown person Eric Riley containing a picture of the Paypal receipt of renewal the Norton antivirus licence.
It requests to call this number xxxx8394 if I do not authorise it to get a refund.

ATO scam!! They try and intimidate you.

Just received a call from (02) 6100 8394 .. and as a unknown number picked up the call. They are asking pay them 5000 straight now or AFP will come straight away. Once I said I need to talk with my employer he hang up on me...

Got a call from 02 6100 8394 saying the call is from taxation office, there's a lawsuit being filed and a warrant issued to arrest.... Call Police station, the officer immediately told me this is a scam. Apparently they receive thousands of calls like this. Some ppl actually got scammed. Please be careful, don't bother to call them back.

I got a call from this number saying they were some investigative organisation. They left a message for me to call them back. But the caller had such a strong accent, I couldn't pick up where they said they were coming from. They wanted my name. I wouldn't give it as I couldn't figure who was calling. This number needs to be reported and investigated by police
