(02) 6100 3041 and (02) 6100 3084 both ATO (Tax Office) scam recordings. Email the ATO with the number they call you on as they have a scam watch system.

SMS received claiming that they are the ATO and there is a legal affidavit, I did not call back. Had SMS from a similar number last week (02) 6100 3084) claiming they were ATO and stating there was tax fraud in my name. I called this number from another phone and did not state name or any details and they told me I owed $2000+ and what would I do about it. Asked them how they could tell me that if I had not even provided my name. They hung up. Do not trust calls from these numbers.
