I had a message in my phone to call this number during hours 8.30 to 2.30,for tax evasion and if not legal action will take place. It sounded like a recorded voice and had a American accent very scary.

I got the same call today. Good to know that its a scam.

I always recieve this call and I do not want to answer it. That person who often call me please stop it! I really want to claim this scam phone call to police if they still call me!!!

I'm getting the same recorded message almost daily with the claim that the ATO is suing me for tax evasion. They just don't give up, do they? We have also been getting a lot of hangups lately.

Received a call from this number on 11/05/2015, claiming from ATO, and that I am involved in tax evasion, just wondering how they can get our number, they contacted both home and work number

I got a recorded message saying the ATO were taking legal action against me and that I had to call Patrick Walker urgently. I rang the ATO and when I discovered there was no such action, lodged a complaint with them.

I then rang Patrick Walker, who had a heavy Indian accent, and abused him in my own version of an Indian accent, which wasn't too hard, because I'm an Indian myself.

I might call him again for another "chat" if I'm ever bored or need to let off some steam :-)

Scam claiming to be from ATO with a law suit.

Hi Guys, Please avoid answering these calls, may God protect and safe every one from these scams, and it is our responsibility to spread these kind of information (Scams) to others.

This number called once with an automated message saying they were Patrick Walker from the ATO and we needed to call this number back before 2:30pm as there was going to be a lawsuit filed against our business for tax evasion. I ignored it and again one hour later received a phone call, this time an Indian man introduced himself as Patrick Walker. I asked him where he was calling from and he said nothing and hung up. It's a scam, ignore them.

A person calling from this number said they were from the ATO with a law suit against me.
