So today I got a call from (02) 5633 9770. Yesterday it was 4 calls from same number. I guess they've started the rounds with this. It came-up as blocked the 1st time they rang, which means I've blocked them before. Ahh, when will they ever learn, they shouldn't mess with Aussies. Oh look, if I get really bored I might unblock, answer a call and give some random address in the Antarctica, then forward their number off to Amazon so they can have a looksy.

Also got the coffs harbour appearing..rang a few times ..i just listen and dont talk. number now blocked. My guess is I entered a competition and they hacked that?

Getting at least two calls a day from this number, I never answer because I don't know the number and now I've blocked it.

Phone says it is Coffs Harbour, I answered and person hung up. Had two more calls from this number but no message left on voicemail. Saw the comments about Amazon scammer so have blocked the number.

Same number now claiming from Telstra internet provider with security issue on my internet, my internet is not even with Telstra

automatic voice about charges to my credit card. i pressed 0 to hear the message again and some male came on the phone that said Hi. i hung straight up.

Recieved the call today as well. Pre-recorder voice saying the same thing as you guys mentioned. What the f*ck is happening, why these people have not being caught yet.

Call just now from Coffs Harbour, said they were from NBN. Told them no thanks and hung up. Checked here to find they're exactly what I thought they were.

Some sort of "VISA or Mastercard Fraud Prevention" office saying I have $1700 in fraudulent charges from a James Smith in USA. When I mentioned that their phone number is mentioned here they hung up! Not very professional of they were legit - LOL :)

Didn't answer, blocked the caller.

Spam - Recorded announcement saying I’d be billed “39 point 9 9” for Amazon Prime unless I pressed 1 to speak to a consultant [and give them all my personal data including credit card numbers]. I have never been a Prime member and have purchased only twice through them in 2 decades.

Caller: Automated call

scam call saying from credit card company saying 2 amounts have been put on my credit card $400 and $1300 and to press 1 to confrim or 2 to cancel I hung up after that without doing anything..do not press any buttons.. scammers trying to get your credit card details.

Called me twice today. Scam call.

No message left from this unidentified phone number. checked here, and read the comments. Thankfully. Blocked the number.
