Caller: Multiple names from "EBAY" Automated message saying i had made a purchase and if i hadn't and wanted a refund to phone (03) 5294 0137 which doesn'' t exsist or to press 1 immediately for a refund. I phoned original number and person answered saying he was from ebay and said was i ringing as i had received a message regarding a purchase, i said yes i am and he said and do you know why and i replied, yes because its a scam, he said oooohhh and hung up on me. I rang same number again and got another person of whom said they were also from Ebay, and i said well thats good as your number has been reported to the police.

Caller: (02) 4067 5512 Same automated message, first bit missing, telling me to call (03) 5294 0137 about a $299.99 purchase. Said the number really fast then "or press 1 immediately". Was concerned as I have recently been scammed with an online purchase of shoes. May be related. Blocked number. Mongrels!

Same as mentioned by others. Claiming that an order has been placed and will debit my account, $299.99. Ignore it. It is a scam.

Wasn't very clear. A woman left a voicemail message to ring them back to cancel an account of supposedly $299.99 if I didn't want to continue with some supposedly order that I had apparently made. I blocked the number. Obvious trying to phish.

A scam involving about six people. I rang them back several times and counted six different voices. Supposedly Ebay chasing $299. Everyone needs to spend 5 minutes ringing them back and clogging their lines. I turned off my number. Eventually all I got was an answering machine.

Automated message female voice, threatening to deduct $299.99 from "your account" if you don't call back to "cancel the order". From Newcastle/Wollongong area. Likely to be spam trying to elicit your bank account details.

Someone called from Newcastle area, I was on the other line and didn't pick up. When I called back to see how it was I got an automated message saying "Your call is very important to us, please stay on the line and you'll be transferred to the next available agent". I hung up. With no indication of who the company is on the recording, then it's probably not a company I need to speak to.
