Received an automated message claiming I had made a purchase from EBay in excess of $400.00 and wanting me to authorise same by going through further call options

Automated message re an Ebay purchase of $290 worth of gift vouchers that I had not made. Operator came on and threatened that I would lose money if I did not give him the details he wanted. Offered him a job with sex and travel.

Caller: Pretending to be ebay about a purchase

Automated message about a supposed purchase I'd made for $299 through ebay....number now blocked.

It's an ebay scam

unknown number from Newcastle NSW I did not answer scammer for sure now blocked
