Caller: Qantas free tickets After completing an online form giving all my details, guided through 10 minutes of ‘do you want to donate to...’, I was sent a text message titled WINNER and asked to call this number. There was a recorded msg saying that calls to this number are not available’. I’m expecting to be bombarded by advertising emails and phone calls now and guess what? I didn’t get my ‘$1000 credit towrds Qantas flights’

Caller: 1902 999 789 Same story. It said I won $1000 gift card for Coles. Got all my personal information. Trusted because it appears on FB. But when the message came to me from “WINNER” to call this numbering was suspicious and I googled for it.

Telstra charged me.44cents for calling this number. They said it is not included in my plan. Wont be calling it again that's for sure. Cant even remember what the call was about. Obviously a scam call.

Caller: Text Message from ‘Winner’ FB saying you’ve won a phone - lots of questions about supporting a charity then nothing apart from a text saying call 1902 999 789 and press 0. Didn’t call.

Scam. If you call this number they charge you for every second you are on the line. Hang up! It will be paid automatically by charging to your phone bill. Hang up immediately! I realised fairly quickly, so only 9 seconds charged to me. Don’t believe what you are being told. You have NOT won anything. Don’t call this number.

they don't call they message for you to pick up a parcel. It was an ad on fb for a phone, thought it was genuine, they even brought woolies into the scam, i opted out, did not divulge any bank info etc. Thought that's the end of it but message saying your're successsful, pick up parcel, ring this number and dial 0, another one 24 hours later.
