I was called by so called jetstar but they diverted the call.to 1902 256 251 And my charges are over 100.00 I hope it doesn't happen again as I'm very upset. I will be taking this to current affair

Caller: I called them, thought I was contacting Jetstar

Do not dial this number. When you google Jetstar airlines contact numbers, this one comes up and website looks legitimate.
It is a third party that diverts your call to Jetstar's free number but you pay the premium rate for dialling this number. It came to light after I contacted Optus to query the charges and they promptly refunded me and advised of what had occurred.
I posted a comment on this numbers website and saw that my Facebook profile picture was next to my comment. Alarm bells then. Shortly after my Facebook account was locked for suspicious activity. My comments were also removed when I checked later on. Dodgy.
