I called this number per msg received.
Said from Pay Pal. Scam! Want to verify my email and bank….beware!!!

Another number sent me a txt message pretending to be PayPal. They asked that I call back to this number to "dispute transfer" (no official communication from PayPal, of course).

This number ( 1800 953 924 ) is linked to a SMS text message sent to my mobile phone from Caller ID: 0477 608 831.

They claim to be from PayPal Support, but are instead International Scammers.

TEXT MESSAGE BELOW - Sent to my mobile phone.

" #PAY_PAL: You've sent $1499.99 to Intel's services co. ltd. on 3021/07/10 TXN-ID#140DB341 auzf, If any Dispute Give us a call: 1800 953 924 Thank You.!! "

I tried to call then ( 0477 608 831) but any received phone calls to this number goes straight through to voice message service.

If you want to speak to one of these international scammers you need to call 1800 953 924 and speak to a so called PayPal Support Staff Member.

Likely scammer. Text recieved with prompt to call this number - claiming to be Pay Pal saying I sent $1499 to Intel?

Received an sms stating that I had sent $1500 AUD ti Intel's services Co. It stated that if there was any dispute, I should call 1800 953 924. I do not use Pay Pal. A scam!

Text received advising of unauthorised payment from my bank account. Checked bank account and no payment made. Asked for a call back.
