Caller: Risk security management

Quite lovely people, it was in regards to the debt of my car. They call when debt gets out of hand and it’s passed onto them. They’ve even called me once because of Afterpay payments I’ve missed. They are legit. And I do recommend treating them with kindness, they are just doing there job :)

We were able to set up a payment plan. And they came to realise I have been paying it off. So they just wanted to put that in motion. They also wiped my interest rate too. And said if I miss a payment again it will go back up.

They’re not a scam. They’re quite understanding.

These guys are a scamming agency they were claiming to be collecting money owed from a car loan that was paid off 5 years ago. i had all documents proving I had paid it and they wanted my personal information before I did anything. They were not able to tell me anything about the debt, where it is from, why it is 5 years old and why they are chasing debt for a loan that I can prove has been paid...SCAM...do not give them any details!!!

Left a message quoting a reference number requesting a return call. Did not state their company name. Potential debt collector??

I have been paying off a car loan for 5 years now via Risk and Security Management, for an ANZ car loan, these guys are not scammers, on the contrary they helped me with a lower payment plan amount which really assisted me during my financial problems. And I agree 100% don't get into debt, if you do honor your payment plan and you will get assistance from most debt collection agencies. Clearly some people don't like to state the true facts - they have debts but ignore and don't like receiving calling to pay their debts. Don't get into debts and you won't get calls simple really!!
