I sent away for the Shan Zha B52 miracle weight loss diet pills a week ago.

I received a free foot patch - it didn't actually have a pad it was just a piece of adhesive tape - not a very good advert for the product

There is a company in the Uk called STirling Health. They offer Advance 7 gel,, 3 tubes + postage for £55. Good luck.
