I"M with you all the way. the tablets for loss of weight does not work and have sent back the containers and have asked for refund as promised. They better refund or I will have to get this scam investgated plus the Dr How he manages to get away with it is beyond me.

I regularly get mailouts for "miracle" products from this company, (same phone & PO box, "Sanoma Garden") all making totally ridiculous claims. Tried returning the address panel with my details and requesting removal from their mailing list, which was ignored.

You will wait the best part of a month or more for a refund due to the fact they use a warehouse in Hong Kong.. if they goods have to go back there and then get a cheque back to you then it will take way longer

They have chosen to retain their call centre or offices in England and use PO Box addresses in Australia & NZ to make sure customers don't have to pay international postage as they work from a warehouse in Hong Kong.

All the products they sell are based on natural plant and mineral extracts, and they offer a variety of Money Back Guarantee's on their products. If you want to action any refund then you need to telephone their offices - Sanoma Garden AU 1800 788 131) Sanoma NZ (0800339003) & Natural Health AU 1800 559 227) and Natural Health NZ (0800863388) if you tell them you are sending the goods back they will mark the orders correctly. What I found and learned from my own first error is that when you send goods to the PO Box address, they then send that to Overseas warehouse (Hong Kong I am guessing) to be refunded. Then when the goods get there people are not getting their money as they didn't call and are out of their money back time.

The biggest issue is the products, but not an issue for them, everybody is different and if you want to call taking a natural product a scam then be my guest. if it doesn't work for you then send the thing back. I put both my mother and father in Sanoma Gardens Copper Insoles and if it was not for them then they wouldn't be walking about anymore... So actually this product did work. I am sure some do and some don't work but we are all better trying these things without a risk of loss of money (eventually) especially when doctors just try to pump us full of drugs...

Thanks to the detox pads I have eliminated all bad toxins from my bath tub and coffee table.
