Call received yesterday 20/6/2013 from Simply Energy (girl going by the name of Girlie) wanting to speak with me concerning my Simply Energy account and to confirm my identity with her.

At first I thought it was legit as I am a customer, but I did not divulge any information but requested her contact number of which she gave me 1800 665 475. I called this number which gave me a recorded voice announcement 'to try the number again'

I subsequentially called Simply Energy today and checked that no notes were left on the account where a consultant needed to call me!

Be aware of these callers only wanting to find out your personal information for their greedy motives!
