Said they were looking after my complaint, quoted a reference number, I don't have any complaints with the ANZ & if I had I certainly wouldn't discuss private details on the phone with an unknown person called "Kashmir" asked me to ring back on 1800.531.701 to confirm, not a chance in Hell I'm not going to get scammed by a bunch of idiots.

they called then texted. "ANZ" , "This is Anelique. im looking after your complaint and tried calling you. please call me on 1800 531 701 when its convenient, quoting ref 988799". I dont deal with the ANZ.
