Caller: Text Message - Scam

Received a text message to ring this number, saying that 1200 was coming out of my paypal account for airtime. I rang paypal direct and this number is not associated with them

It said- You've paid 2100.00AUD to Mr. John Paul Rayn. on 2022/o3/23, Transaction-Id 1908673546783627 For Dispute Call Helpline 1800 413 861 Thank You !!

SMS scam stating
#Your “ PayPal” ACC. Debited with 4000.00AUD on 2022-o3-23 ,Credited to Mr. John ray.

Suspect it's a scam but received this message: OTP for 1200 AUD for Airtime Upon Authorized Use. at PayPal "If Not You Requested", Contact us: to STOP.;

Text message asking to confirm a payment but giving a dispute resolution reference. I did not ring back .
